Summer Camp Registration 2017

Camp Motorsport • One-Week Sessions

Coed Ages 9 – 17 

One-Week Session 1:  July 9 – July 15                 $1,100  (WAITLIST ONLY AVAILABLE)
One-Week Session 2: July 16 – July 22                $1,100  (WAITLIST ONLY AVAILABLE)
One-Week Session 3: July 23 – July 29                $1,100  (LIMITED AVAILABLE)
One-Week Session 4: July 30 – August 5             $1,100  (WAITLIST ONLY AVAILABLE)
One-Week Session 5: August 6 – August 12        $1,100  (WAITLIST ONLY AVAILABLE)

If your camper registers for multiple consecutive sessions they will have the option to STAY OVER which allows your camper to stay at camp between sessions with standard camp supervision. You will make the Stay Over selection at a later time under Travel Arrangements.

Please note: Camp Motorsport One-Week Sessions run from Sunday to Saturday

Space is limited in some sessions. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200 is required to register.

Cancellation and Payments 

Full tuition and paperwork MUST be received TWO WEEKS BEFORE Camp Motorsport BEGINS, or the enrollment is subject to cancellation without refund. There will be a $25 charge for any check returned for any reason. Checks and returned check charges may be submitted electronically. Cancellations due to illness or injury before camp require a letter from the camper’s physician in order to receive a refund of tuition (less the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations for non-medical reasons will result in a cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable deposit, based upon the date of cancellation. After June 1st, 25% of full tuition. After June 15th, 50% of full tuition. After July 1st, 100% of full tuition. Any changes in registration (program, session, cancellation, flights, etc.) MUST be made in writing and sent by email, mail, or fax. Verbal changes and cancellations will NOT be accepted. YOU ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO PURCHASE TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE THROUGH PROGRAM PROTECTOR. This is a separate, third-party company not affiliated with Guided Discoveries, Inc. Please note, your only opportunity to purchase this protection is at the time of registration.
